The contact form collects the name, organization, work email, inquiry category, and context a visitor submits. Matrixeon stores that inquiry in a private, encrypted AWS lead ledger so an authorized Matrixeon team member can respond, assign ownership, manage sales stages, and reconcile outcomes. Lead records are retained for up to 365 days unless they must be retained longer for an active business relationship or legal obligation.

The form also preserves limited campaign attribution such as UTM values, creative identifiers, referral and landing-page information, and supported LinkedIn, Meta, or Google click identifiers. This information is used to understand which Matrixeon campaign produced an inquiry; it is not joined to unrelated product-user identities.

Optional Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Meta Pixel load only after a visitor selects “Allow analytics” and only when the relevant provider configuration is active. They may measure aggregate visits, sessions, page views, referrals, navigation, campaign engagement, form starts, form errors, and confirmed leads. Form field values are not sent as analytics event parameters.

Matrixeon-operated products such as AIVault.Solutions may use the same consent-governed Growth Intelligence foundation to measure page and content views, tool searches, comparisons, outbound tool visits, account-lifecycle milestones, and lead-to-revenue stages where applicable. Browser and server events use a shared event identifier to prevent duplicate counting. Search text, passwords, credentials, and personal form values are not sent as analytics event parameters. Supported campaign, creative, session, and platform click identifiers may be retained as pseudonymous measurement data for up to 365 days.

The “Privacy choices” control reopens settings so a visitor can reject, accept, or withdraw analytics permission. Withdrawal stops future optional collection. Necessary session storage may retain campaign attribution long enough to associate a submitted inquiry with its source.
